MISSION
Gray Summit Christian Preschool exists to provide a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where children are encouraged to learn, grow, and discover their God-given potential. Through meaningful relationships, hands-on learning, and intentional experiences, we partner with families to build strong foundations for lifelong learning and faith.
VISION
Our vision is to cultivate a preschool community where children feel loved, families feel supported, and teachers feel empowered. We strive to provide excellent early childhood education rooted in Christian values while helping every child grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
We envision Gray Summit Christian Preschool as a place where children develop a love of learning, build lasting relationships, and gain the confidence to become kind, compassionate, and courageous individuals who reflect God’s love in their world.
Our Philosophy of Education
At Gray Summit Christian Preschool, we believe that young children learn through meaningful experiences, hands-on exploration, play, creativity, and relationships. Our classrooms provide opportunities for children to ask questions, solve problems, build friendships, and discover the world around them through active learning.
We recognize that each child develops at their own pace. Our teachers serve as guides, encouragers, and educators who create engaging learning experiences while helping children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
Faith is woven into daily life at Gray Summit Christian Preschool through prayer, Bible stories, worship, acts of kindness, and opportunities to learn about God’s love. We strive to model compassion, grace, and servant-hearted examples of Jesus in our classrooms and school community.
We believe that strong partnerships between families and educators are essential to a child’s success. Open communication, mutual respect, and shared goals allow us to work together to support each child’s growth and development.
Our purpose is not only to prepare children for kindergarten, but to help them become curious learners, caring friends, confident kids, and compassionate members of their communities.
